I am remiss in not writing this review sooner. The staff at Saugus Animal Hospital (Dr Bloom and her assistant as well as MaryJo and her coworker) are so dedicated to animal care and my husband and I are forever grateful. Yesterday our wonderful dog Bailey was euthanized and having never gone through this before, I did not know what to expect. The care Bailey received was like that of a human. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The staff at Saugus Animal Hospital is amazing. They are all so caring and kind. Our dog gets monthly allergy shots so we are there often and have never had anything but the nicest interactions.

Saugus Animal Hospital does a fantastic job every time I visit. Dr. Bloom is amazing — knowledgeable, compassionate, and someone I completely trust to take the best care of my dog. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to animals. I always feel confident knowing my pup is in such good hands.

Can’t recommend highly enough. The level of care the staff put in here is amazing. It’s always a stressful experience going to the vet with your pet you care about but the team do everything they can to alleviate your worries and care for your animal as if it were their own.

I’ve been taking my Service dogs here for the better part of 20 years. The office staff, vet techs & doctors always take great care of me and my dogs.
