Great place all staff are nice and friendly. Dr Bloom was a good vet.

I used to take my cat to North Shore Animal Hospital, but they closed. I then needed a new vet and did some research and went with Saugus Animal Hospital. VERY happy I did. I LOVE Dr. Tedder who is overworked but NEVER too busy for you. She is always attentive and thorough and informative and caring to my kitty. She deserves to be commended for all she does for so many people. The desk staff is always helpful and kind AND my favorite vet tech is Kyle. He is a great combo of care and realness, enjoy talking with him about life. As you will see my Cairo is never impressed going to the vet, but they handle him with such love...he gets over it. 🤣❤️

I recently brought my 16 year old Papillon to Saugus Animal Hospital for the first time. Dr Anderson was terrific! She correctly diagnosed a skin problem that my dog was having for a couple of years, and she recommended the proper treatment. Moreover, my dog exhibited no fear here! She was always frightened at her previous vet!

Staff is always very professional and friendly. Never have to wait long to be seen.
